If you are overly concerned and are not wanting to setup the jieguan scheduler to take a break as there was a study done with hundreds of bots that took break between the times of 5AM-11AM MST avoided being banned.

running with no problem 24/7 is gonna get you flag in no time take breaks. This sorc is 95 and going. Nothing changed only the easiest bot to detect got banned the ones who where botting all day.

I have been running 2 accounts for 10-12 hours each per day since the update...... no ban.
Doing 12+min games.
Avoiding the "danger time" somedays and running it during 5am-11am pst somedays
