Hey there that bot is currently undergoing maintenance though you will receive a notification once it is ready for update it will do so automatically as well.
No need for a support thread for that please refer to the forum rules as well you will receive a forum ban for 3 days for not reading the rules, i can suggest getting an invite to the private element chat group which is for more serious users that may be running their own bot farm or item shop.
