Cannot find pickit file

My client is giving me the no can find pickit file.

I have put the file as pickit\\leafpickit and both of those are in my c drive and in the file. Does anyone have any ideas?

you can see my file says "pickits\\pickit",

ANYONE know why I keep cashing and the game says it cannot find the pickit folder?
