Crafting rate and magic items

Is is possible to implement crafting these items using 3x perfect gems (magic items) or 6x perfect skills (rare item). I know it may not exist now but is it possible to integrate this into it?

Currently needing crafting assistance for rolling diadems both magic and rares.
