Add a variable to change the frequency of discord alerts when a player is continuously targeting you. Currently, it seems the discord alert will alert you about once every 15 seconds, but there are some bot hunters out there who can easily click and report in less than 15 seconds, so you can't tell from discord if someone reported you necessarily just because you see only 1 warning that a player clicked/targeted you. If possible, allow the variable to be as low as 1 second, so we can estimate how long the player clicked on us continuously. If there is a rate limiter on the discord webhook API, then make it the lowest time possible and maybe add another alert that says how long the player had been targeting us, like:
💥 💥 💥 💥 Bothunter is targeting your bot XYZ (targeting for 12.8 seconds) 💥 💥 💥 💥

update usage functionality/flasks/items where you can define the buff id, and the duration of the buff/cooldown between using the item, this is also good for items that you use
