Is anyone using nordvpn to mask ip?

Should i have it on during botting? Can blizz detect vpn? Heard mixed rumours.

are they even allowed to keep all the credit information and personal information to use verifying people who botting?
because. I had 9 accounts and it's all same under my name. purchased on my credit card (same) and all attached under my one google account.
same accounts name (myname01~09) but I only got banned for what I used to the bot.
